Best Western Inn & Suites Monroe

The lady who produced breakfast every single day was such a gem. A total sweetheart and the epitome of southern hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful each day, and she was utterly charming. Would highly recommend staying here.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the staff came to the door each morning to see if we needed anything unlike most hotels now that don’t do any daily servicing of the rooms.

Great, staff were all fantastic. Breakfast fantastic. So impressed with the cleanliness.

The staff was wonderful (from the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping people), the hotel was very clean, the location was great, the price was right and the free breakfast was good enough. What wasn’t to like? I will definitely stay here again!

People were friendly, breakfast was good and had a good variety of fresh foods. Nice comfortable and clean room.
